Also Kenneth Levin at The American Language Institute is looking for volunteers:

We have a small group coming from Gunma University in Japan starting February 17. There are only about 15 students, staying for a month. So we just need a few people who can help out.
I think the morning classes run Monday through Thursday from 10 am to 1 pm, and afternoon classes from 2 to 4 o’clock. We can use volunteers in both sessions. There is also a social mixer and a field trip involved for those that want to participate.
Students in the SDSU Linguistics department may be able to earn units for their efforts. Everyone else can always ask for a letter of recommendation, get their face shown at ALI, enjoy warm fuzzies, and so on.

If this sounds like something you are interested in, please email him at ken@gaijinink.com for more details!
